With a career spanning almost 40 years in the recruitment industry, Vasudev Sharma is the driving force behind Zen International. Leveraging his in-depth experience of two decades with a leading recruitment agency, Mr.Sharma has led the evolution of the company into the strong position it is today. He oversees overall operation of the organisation, driving strategy and ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services to our esteemed clientele.

Pradeep Sharma - Director

Having started his career in the airline/hospitality industry, Mr.Pradeep Sharma transitioned to the recruitment and overseas manpower placement business about 10 years ago. He is focused on business development and expanding the company’s presence in other geographical markets. He is particularly focused on the Middle East & African markets. Mr.Sharma plays a crucial role in forging new client relationships and strengthening existing ones.
